BUILD UP is a development firm that focuses on sustainable, concept-driven architecture and design projects within Long Island’s most vibrant, walkable downtowns. We are a direct off-shoot of THE UP STUDIO - an architecture, interiors and brand design studio. We feel very passionately that modern design can enhance people’s lives and strengthen communities, yet like many young studios, we were struggling to find clients who shared our beliefs for impactful design. So, rather than continuing to seek out like-minded commissions, we chose to do it ourselves.
Currently, we are focusing our work in the city of Long Beach, NY. It’s walkable downtown and it’s easy train commute to New York City convince us that it’s a perfect place to interject our vision.
